Crestview Community Church (C3) is a thriving, non-denominational church in Lafayette, Indiana, that has been serving its community since 1958. Since being re-established under the leadership of Lead Pastor Thom Redmond in 2014, C3 has grown into a healthy, relational congregation of approximately 400 weekly attenders who are passionate about helping people take their next step in following Jesus Christ.

At the heart of Crestview is a commitment to making fully devoted followers of Jesus. The church believes students are not simply the future of the church—they are an important part of the church today. C3 is seeking a full-time Student Director who will embrace this vision by investing deeply in students, partnering with families, equipping volunteers, and helping the next generation grow in faith, engage in the life of the church, and impact their community with the hope of Christ.

The Student Pastor will provide visionary and relational leadership to a thriving ministry for middle and high school students, creating an environment where students are encouraged to grow in their faith, build authentic relationships, and become fully engaged in the life of the church. This pastor will invest deeply in students through biblical teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, retreats, missions, and outreach, while equipping and encouraging a team of volunteers and partnering with parents in the spiritual development of their teenagers. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, and church leadership, the Student Pastor will cultivate opportunities for students to discover their gifts, participate in worship, and serve the broader church, while providing thoughtful oversight of the ministry's planning, communication, budget, and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is a mature follower of Christ with proven student ministry experience, a heart for shepherding young people, and the leadership skills to inspire others toward Christ-centered growth.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Relational Shepherd
