Cornwall Church is a vibrant, multi-campus church located in Northwest Washington. Its main campus is in Bellingham, and there is a growing campus in Mount Vernon (Skagit Valley). The mission of Cornwall Church is simple and compelling: “To help people find and follow Jesus.”. 

This role is more than just a traditional youth ministry job; it is a deeply relational and community-oriented pastoral calling. The Skagit Campus is seeking someone who is spiritually mature, gospel-centered, and passionate about discipling middle and high school students in an authentic and engaging manner. The candidate will lead two distinct ministries: Edge for middle school students and Encounter for high school students, with the freedom to innovate and shape these programs within the church’s broader mission of helping people find and follow Jesus.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Cornwall Church’s Skagit Campus is seeking a relational, gospel-centered, and spiritually mature Student Pastor to lead its middle and high school ministries. This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a vital pastoral presence on a growing campus, disciple students in an authentic and engaging manner, and help shape a ministry where young people can discover what it means to find and follow Jesus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and grow Edge (Middle School) and Encounter (High School) ministries
• Recruit, develop, and care for a team of adult leaders
• Create weekly environments that are biblically grounded, fun, and relational
• Teach regularly with clarity, relevance, and gospel truth
• Walk with students through life’s joys and struggles
• Partner with parents in discipleship
• Serve as a key pastoral voice in the church community
