The church is deeply relational, family-oriented, and committed to biblical teaching, faithful service, and preserving its strong church identity while positioning itself for future growth.

The Senior Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader of the church, helping guide the congregation into a new season of unity, stability, and sustainable growth. • An experienced pastor with a proven ability to lead growth, revitalization, or organizational renewal
  • A multigenerational shepherd who can honor the church’s traditions while helping move the congregation forward
  • A patient and strategic leader who understands how to guide a church through meaningful change over time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver Christ-centered, biblically grounded sermons and Bible studies
  • Provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, counseling, and visitation
  • Lead and align ministry staff, auxiliary leaders, and church ministries
  • Collaborate closely with deacons and church leadership in decision-making and church direction
  • Help develop and execute vision for future growth and community engagement
  • Foster unity, discipleship, and spiritual growth across the congregation
