CrossLife is a thriving, multi-generational Southern Baptist church with over 5,500 members and a reputation for biblical preaching, vibrant worship, and a growing regional influence. The church is experiencing renewed vision under its new Lead Pastor and is strategically positioning itself for long-term, sustainable ministry impact.
The Executive Pastor of Operations will serve as the chief operating leader of the church, guiding staff, systems, and strategy to align with the overall mission. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, driving operational clarity, and empowering ministry leaders to flourish. It's a role that requires both administrative expertise and pastoral wisdom.

The Executive Pastor of Operations is a second-chair leader who partners closely with the Lead Pastor to ensure ministry execution is healthy, efficient, and effective. This role oversees the day-to-day functions of staff and operations, allowing each ministry to thrive within a unified and accountable structure.
In a time of cultural revitalization and organizational clarity, the Executive Pastor of Operations will bring cohesion and momentum to the staff while helping establish systems that enable sustainable growth.
