Faith Bible Church is a Bible-centered community dedicated to helping individuals grow in their faith through worship, teaching, and fellowship. The church offers a variety of ministries and programs for all ages, including children's services, youth groups, and adult education classes. With a strong emphasis on the authority of Scripture, Faith Bible Church aims to equip its members for discipleship and service, both within the church and in the broader community. Shepherd Staff is excited to partner with Faith Bible Church in their search for a Pastor of Student Ministries. This pivotal role will lead a dynamic student ministry for grades 6-12, focusing on helping students meet, know, and serve like Jesus, with the ultimate goal of making disciples who make disciples.
Each week, they welcome around 100 middle and high school students to their events, thoughtfully designed for disciple-making and outreach. Over the past 26 years, only three individuals have held this position, reflecting the stability and support of our church community. They are eager to find a passionate leader who will continue to cultivate a thriving ministry for their students.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pastor of Student Ministries oversees ministry for middle and high school students, fostering spiritual growth through engaging programs and events. This role includes leading two impactful mission trips each summer and coordinating the dynamic DNow weekend, providing students with opportunities to encounter God in transformative ways. With a team of long-tenured, deeply invested volunteers, the pastor prioritizes building a culture of student leadership, equipping young people to grow as disciples and lead their peers. Committed to evangelism and discipleship, the ideal candidate is a high-capacity, visionary leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships with students, families, and volunteers. This relational approach, coupled with a passion for developing the next generation, ensures that the ministry flourishes and students are empowered to live out their faith boldly.
