The next Lead Pastor will shepherd a congregation eager for strong biblical leadership, relational care, and renewed momentum. This leader will help unify multiple generations around a shared vision, strengthen discipleship, cultivate outreach, and equip the church to reach new believers while honoring Trinity's rich heritage and biblical convictions.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Pastor will provide the spiritual, visionary, and pastoral leadership for Trinity Evangelical Church while partnering closely with the elders and staff. Success during the first 12–18 months will be marked by building relational credibility, strengthening unity, re-engaging ministries, and establishing a clear vision that reflects both the church's biblical convictions and its desire for renewed gospel impact.
This pastor will invest significant time in relationships before implementing major initiatives. Weekly ministry will center on biblical preaching, shepherding the congregation, developing leaders, strengthening discipleship pathways, encouraging volunteer engagement, and fostering outreach that reaches people beyond the church walls. Special attention will be given to strengthening ministry among youth, young adults, and families while continuing Trinity's legacy of serving all generations.
