The Next Gen Pastor will oversee Kids and Student Ministries, providing vision, strategy, and leadership to create engaging environments that foster spiritual growth. This role focuses on equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, and ensuring that children and students remain connected to Jesus and the church as they grow.

Position Overview
The Next Gen Pastor will lead the Kids and Student Ministries, currently serving over 60 kids and 30-40 students, while developing engaging programming and equipping volunteers. This role emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and creating environments where children and students can thrive spiritually.
Responsibilities
- Provide vision and strategy for Kids and Student Ministries.
- Recruit, train, and care for volunteer teams.
- Oversee engaging Sunday morning and Wednesday night programming.
- Partner with parents to support their children’s spiritual growth.
- Create safe, transformational environments for kids and students.
