Shepherd Staff is honored to be working with LifePoint Church in Ozark, Missouri, as they search for their next Worship Pastor. LifePoint is a 20-year-old, growing, multigenerational church with a warm, family feel, and a mission to lead people to be real Christ-followers in life together.
The Worship Pastor provides leadership for the church’s worship ministry and services, helping people encounter God through Christ-centered, Spirit-led, biblically-grounded worship. He equips and develops leaders, oversees production and service planning, and serves on the Pastoral Staff Team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate is a proven worship leader with several years of experience not only leading from the platform but also building, organizing, and discipling volunteer teams. Musically, he is a strong, modern, band-driven leader who prioritizes singable, theologically rich songs that help the whole church engage in worship. He is a collaborative, visionary partner to the Lead Pastor and elders, a joyful team player who fits a multigenerational, family-heavy church and is excited to help shape LifePoint’s worship culture for the future.
