The Student Pastor at Wynnbrook Baptist Church provides vision, leadership, and oversight for the church's student ministry, college ministry, and young adult ministry while equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, and developing the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, this individual is responsible for creating a sustainable discipleship strategy that reaches students, strengthens families, cultivates future leaders, and intentionally bridges students into lifelong engagement within the church.
The ideal candidate is a relational and visionary leader who thrives in developing people, building ministry teams, and engaging the community through local schools, outreach initiatives, camps, retreats, and mission opportunities. Wynnbrook is seeking a self-starting pastor who aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, demonstrates spiritual maturity and strong communication skills, and possesses a passion for shepherding students, young adults, and their families while serving collaboratively as part of the church's pastoral staff.
