North Coast Family Fellowship (NCFF) is a mission-driven church with a rich history of spiritual growth, presence, and community impact in the Pacific Northwest. Under the long tenure of Pastor John Nagle, NCFF has developed a strong foundation with zero debt, a committed staff, and a respected presence in the region.

Compelling Preacher and Lead Worshiper: Skilled in delivering engaging, biblically sound sermons and capable of guiding Sunday worship gatherings with clarity and inspiration.

Caring Shepherd: Deeply compassionate and committed to providing pastoral care, working collaboratively with ministry staff, elders, and volunteers to meet the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation.

Organizational Leader: Competent in overseeing church operations with strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively.

Team Builder and Collaborator: Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills to lead, encourage, and hold staff accountable while fostering a culture of unity and collaboration.

Community Ambassador: A natural bridge-builder who engages well with the local community, representing the church with integrity and a heart for outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Teach God’s Word to NCFF in an effective and well-communicated manner that is Biblically true, easily understood and fully applicable to following Christ daily.
- Provide overall ministry vision and direction.
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction of ministry staff on a daily basis.
- Help the Board of Elders effectively lead NCFF to follow Jesus by providing a personal example, wise guidance & biblical counsel. These qualities will be the fruit of a consistently faithful walk with Jesus, professional educational training, and a proven track record of successful leadership ministry experience.
- Work with NCFF’s volunteer Missions Director to provide oversight of the local, regional and global mission ministries of NCFF.
- Represent NCFF to the community in any official capacity needed.
- Utilize the assistance of the Church Administrator and Executive Pastor and the other staff members in accomplishing these and other ministry responsibilities.
