Shepherd Staff is honored to be working with Grace Baptist Church in Chippewa Falls, WI as they search for their next Senior Pastor. Grace Baptist is an unaffiliated Baptist church known for its strong commitment to biblical fidelity, expository preaching, and a close-knit, intergenerational community. The church blends a rich history of faithful ministry with a desire to remain outward-focused, relationally engaged, and true to its mission of making mature disciples.
The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader and head administrator, overseeing the preaching, shepherding, and overall ministry direction of the church. Working closely with the deacons and ministry teams, the pastor will guide the church in biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach, helping the congregation grow both spiritually and missionally.

The Senior Pastor will be responsible for the spiritual leadership and overall direction of Grace Baptist Church. This includes faithful preaching of God’s Word, shepherding the congregation, developing lay leaders, and working alongside the deacons to uphold the church’s mission and values. The pastor is expected to maintain a visible and engaged presence within the church family, fostering a culture of relational ministry, prayer, and gospel-centered outreach. The position offers the opportunity to build on a healthy foundation while guiding the church into its next season of growth and impact.
